Choose a suitable location with full sun to partial shade when planting Monarda didyma 'Pocahontas™ Pink'. This plant thrives in well-draining soil but can also tolerate moist conditions. Ensure the soil has a good amount of organic matter and is well-drained. If the soil is compacted, add some compost to improve its drainage and fertility. Dig a slightly larger hole than the root ball of the plant. Carefully remove the plant from its container, being mindful not to disturb the roots too much. Place the plant in the hole, making sure it is at the same depth as it was in the container. Fill the hole with soil, gently patting it down to prevent air pockets. Water the plant thoroughly after planting to settle the soil around the roots.
